These are our regular White Ceramic (Dishwasher Safe) Mugs, economically priced for quantities over 50.

This bundle is suitable for mugs with the same design on all of the mugs. If you require more than one design, please consider our other bundles.

These mugs measure 92mm tall by 80mm in diameter and are in the popular "Durham" style. They are suited to high colour photograph reproduction and can incorporate text or logos.

If your photograph is a long landscape type (longer wide than it is tall) then it may be suited to the "wraparound" design. Portrait or smaller landscape photographs will be reproduced in two locations on the mug instead.

These mugs are suited to daily use and can be washed in a normal domestic dishwasher cycle.

Order Processing:

Once your order has been placed, your design received, and payment cleared, we begin processing your order. In normal circumstances we will send you the first printed mug for your approval prior to working on the remaining mugs. Order turnaround after we have received your approval to go ahead is normally expected to be 7 working days but can take up to 14 working days. We may be able to speed this up in exceptional circumstances. Quantities over 100 may take a little longer. Please contact us if you have a deadline.

If you decide to go ahead with your order, there will be no additional costs beyond the original cost of the order.

In the event that you decide not to go ahead with your order after receiving the first mug, we will refund the cost of your order except for £7.88 (the normal cost of a regular WHCMDS mug plus postage). If you request more than one sample mug, this deduction will apply for every sample you request in the event that you subsequently cancel your order.

We normally hold sufficient stock of mugs to ensure that there are no stock shortfalls that might delay your order. In the unlikely event that we are awaiting stock, you will be informed of the expected delay to your order within 48 hours of us being aware of this.
