If you have any problem with your order, placing an order, the items in your order, or anything you feel that we could improve, we want to hear from you.

Use our contact form, or reply to your order email, and let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

We are committed to producing the best products and are dedicated to customer service. We are human, though, and sometimes things can go wrong. Sometimes a new batch of products may not be as good as the previous batch. Perhaps there are products you want but that we don't supply. Or maybe you feel that we could do more to keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Whatever problem or issue you have, we want to do whatever we can to improve the situation. So please contact us if there's anything at all that we can do to help.

It's best if you direct any concern or feedback via email or our online contact form. This way your enquiry can be handled correctly, rather than rushed as it might be if you telephone during a busy time of the day. We do our very best to reply to email enquiries as quickly as possible - usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
