Payments by Cheque
Update 16th November 2007.
Until recently, we have endeavoured to turnaround orders as quickly as possible and in some instances this has meant despatching orders prior to cheque payments being cleared by our bank. We've done this as a courtesy to our customers so that they receive their personalised items as quickly as possible.
However, as of 16th November 2007, any orders that are paid for by cheque will not be actioned until the cheque has been cleared. This will result in a delay to your order.
We regret that we've had to implement this change but it has been forced upon us by a number of cheques that have subsequently been returned after we've despatched orders. This results in us being without both the payment and the products, and having to resort to necessary actions to resolve the situation.
For the majority of cheque payments, this does not happen and we know that our loyal customers have appreciated the speed at which we've turned around their orders.
We would like to thank our customers for their understanding on this matter.
We would like to emphasise that if you wish your order to be turned around as quickly as possible in the future, please pay for your order via PayPal or credit card using the PayPal system.
